Pullover je uzasny cvik ktory netreba prehliadat. Vela ludi ho vsak nevie cvicit. Na to aby sa to jednoducho naucili je dobry pullover na kladke. Je niekolko variacii tohto cviku a je dobre ich striedat. Mozem povedat, ze s pulloverom som zlepsil obvod hrudneho kosa o 10 cm.
